उत्तर : जर तुम्हाला २ पेक्षा जास्त मुले ही २८ मार्च २००५ नंतर जन्माला आलेली असतील तर तुम्ही महाराष्ट्रातील शासकीय नोकरी साठी पात्र नसणार आणि हे एक प्रतिज्ञापत्र असते ते द्यावे लागते. पण, तुम्हाला २८ मार्च २००५ नंतर एका वर्षाच्या आत अजून एक जन्माला आले तरी तुम्ही पात्र असणार.

निष्कर्ष : तुम्हाला एकूण ३ मुले २८ मार्च २००५ नंतर जन्माला आलेली नसली पाहिजे.

First of all this option is for married couples and who have Children’s. So, If You are not married yet you will simply select it as “NO”.

Now come to the married couples who have children’s.

So, If you have only two children’s then also you will select it as “NO“.

Now, The Problems Comes in When You have More than 2 Children’s and they are born after 28 March – 2005.

In This case …

If You Have Three Children’s and one of them is born After 28 March 2005 but before one year of given date then also you are eligible for government Services, in this case also you will select “NO”.

Conclusion : If You have more than 2 living Children’s and are born after 28 March 2005. Then You will not be eligible for Maharashtra Government Services. So, If You have total 3 Children and all of them are born after 28 March 2005. then you will not eligible for Maharashtra Government Services.

  2. My friend is divorced in 2018 by mutual consent and she dont want to mention that anywhere. So can she fill the form as unmarried?

    • Yes ! Most of the information in application will be on the basis of previous name.
      Applying as unmarried is not that problem. It won’t create any problem..But if you give correct information then it will be good for that person too. Please create profile and check what information is required

      In application form you may get option of married/ Divorce etc. If you want then you can select that.

      • Is the maritial status getting check while joining? If she selected as Unmarried then will it generate any problem while joining? What things will get check while joining?

        • On the joining you will fill the ATTESTATION FORM and all where you have to provide all the information. Also police verification will be done by police authority for any criminal records etc.

          As said please check application form if required the fill it it wont affect anything . I dont think their is such column given..But please check

  3. 1 of the government employee having total 4 children and out of 1 child are born after 2005. What should be the justification for promotion. Whether he was appointed in 1996
