खालील दोन संवर्गाची पदे आगामी काळात आयोजित केल्या जाणाऱ्या महाराष्ट्र राजपत्रित तांत्रिक सेवा ✅परीक्षेमधून भरण्यात येतील.

✅Food Safety Officer (Group-B) (Gazetted)

महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या वैद्यकीय शिक्षण व औषधी द्रव्ये विभागाच्या अखत्यारीतील आयुक्त अन्न व औषध प्रशासन, मुंबई यांच्या कार्यालयातील सहायक आयुक्त (अन्न),गट-अ व अन्न सुरक्षा अधिकारी,गट-ब संवर्गांचे सेवा प्रवेश नियम शासनाकडून सुधारित करण्यात आले आहेत.
प्रस्तुत पदे आगामी काळात महाराष्ट्र राजपत्रित तांत्रिक सेवा परीक्षेद्वारे भरण्यात येतील.
पात्रता : जुन्या जाहिरात मधून .. (सरळ सेवा) (बदल होऊ शकतात..)

1. Qualification
   (i) A degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or Veterinary Sciences or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Masters Degree in Chemistry or degree in Medicine from a recognized University OR
   (ii) Any other equivalent/recognized qualification notified by the Central Government, AND
   (iii) Has successfully completed training as specified by the Food Authority in a recognized institute or Institution approved for the purpose. Provided that no person who has any financial interest in the manufacture, import or sale of any article of food shall be appointed to be a Food Safety Officer as per Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011.
2. On the date of commencement of these Rules, a person who has already been appointed as a Food Inspector under the provisions of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, may perform the duties of the Food Safety Officer if notified by the state, Central Government if the officer fulfils such other condition as may be prescribed for the post of Food Safety Officer by the State Government.
3. State Government may, in cases where a Medical Officer of Health Administration of the local area has been performing the function of Food Inspector under the prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, assign the powers and duties of Food Safety officer such Medical Officer in charge of Health administration of that area.
   Provided further that the persons appointed under clause 2 and 3 above, shall undergo a specialized training laid down by the Food Authority with in a period of two years from the commencement of these rules.

✅Inspector Group-B in the Legal Metrology

आगामी काळात आयोजित केल्या जाणाऱ्या महाराष्ट्र राजपत्रित तांत्रिक सेवा संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षेमधून महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या अन्न, नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण विभागाच्या अखत्यारीतील वैध मापनशास्त्र विभागातील निरीक्षक, गट ब संवर्गाची पदे भरण्यात येतील.

प्रस्तुत संवर्गाकरीता यांत्रिकी/विद्युत/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/संगणक अभियांत्रिकी किंवा भौतिक शास्त्र विषयासह विज्ञान शाखेतील पदवीधर उमेदवार पात्र असतील.
